SALT LAKE CITY, UT, UNITED STATES, August 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – CHILL ACT, America's largest in-person Special Needs & Homeschool Expo series, will bring its free family expo to Hall 2 of the Salt Palace Convention Center on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., connecting Utah families with leading therapy providers, educators, community organizations, and valuable resources for autism and special needs.

Proudly sponsored by Blue Gems ABA and **The Treetop ABA Therapy, the event is designed to help families discover services, ask questions directly to experts, and build meaningful connections—all under one roof and completely free of charge.

Founded on the belief that clinical excellence leads to meaningful progress, **Blue Gems ABA** has built a culture rooted in compassion, continuous learning, and raising the standard of care for every child and family it serves. Blue Gems ABA will be represented by **Ashley Vazcaya** and **Sophia English** during the event.

Families will also have access to free onsite developmental and pre-autism screenings conducted by **Skill Builders**, giving parents an opportunity to speak with qualified professionals about developmental milestones and early intervention.

Among the exhibitors is Proficio Therapy Services, a comprehensive clinical practice providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services dedicated to empowering the families they serve. The organization will be represented by Emmylou Santos

Additional participating organizations include the Utah PTA, supporting stronger partnerships between families and schools; the **Children First Education Fund , which provides educational resources and scholarship opportunities for children with special needs; and Waykin AI, an emerging autism-focused artificial intelligence platform designed to help families navigate services, organize care information, and discover trusted providers.

Families attending CHILL ACT can explore dozens of therapy providers, educational organizations, nonprofit and government resources, autism support services, homeschool programs, and community organizations. The event also features children's activities including a petting zoo, bounce house, face painting, therapy dogs, and family entertainment, creating a welcoming environment for children of all abilities.

CHILL ACT continues to expand rapidly across the United States. The organization has already successfully hosted events in Colorado Springs, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, and Miami** during 2026. Following Salt Lake City, the national tour continues with events in **Durham (North Carolina), San Antonio, Albuquerque, Freehold (New Jersey), Clarksville (Maryland), and St. Louis** later this year.

"Our mission is simple—to make it easier for families to find the support they need," said the CHILL ACT team. "Parents often spend months searching for trusted providers, schools, therapy options, and community resources.
